As we discussed on IRC, I have moved you doc here:

and rearranged the layout to make it more logical:
http://docs.axisgroupware.org/index.php?page=phpGroupwareDocs

Don't worry about presentation right now. Content is what matters. We can
always reformat it later. But, as an FYI, Wiki does support HTML if you don't
care to use Wiki syntax. This is done by starting and ending the doc with
<HTML> </HTML>.
