The posting yesterday show that you don't look at the Wiki and at the
important pages from phpGroupWare.I don't understand how you want
develop for the project any thing. You send here comments and plans to
the list, and it looks like that you wait about the response what is to
do. This cant be. For this we have a Wiki with a lot of informations
included. 

Read the roadmap, the wiki informations and adjust it with your "kickoff
meeting". I will recommend to read the docs and make then postings about
what you will do. When you have questions, contact the developers on the
IRC channel.
