You get the hierarchie - or better lack of hierarchie - over here totally
wrong. 
Fips has exactly the same options and position as Kai. There is no such
thing as a "more senior" position over here;
apart from the directors (CEO, CFO etc).

Sounds a bit like you are trying (perhaps unknowingly) to blame things done
by
Fips on powerstat.
