The FSF is working on a spam solution, and it should be done RSN.
They recognize that spam is epidemic across the GNU mailing lists, and
that it is driving everyone crazy and driving people away from the
lists.  If someone from the FSF doesn't make an official response
here, it's probably because people are complaining on all the lists.
