Guys. . I'm having some trouble installing alsa on my system. . .
The modules are loaded and the proc/asound/cards correctly identify my
new audiophile. . . But after I reboot and try to run alsamixer i get
the following error
alsamixer: function snd_ctl_open failed for default: No such file or
directory
> I know this is the protux forum, but I have no idea what the problem
is, because apparently everything is working! But I can't run
alsamixer!!!
