In the output window you can choose File|Export and then select *.csv
files in the right down box (default is pdf.) A bit strange, but you
have to include the file extension in the name of the file. So if you
don't choose anything and fill "myfile" as filename, the export is
"myfile" with the format of a pdf file, but not with this extension.
Better would be to fill in myfile.pdf or myfile.csv

The csv format is recognized by Excel.
