I'm not too sure about this one, Andreas Grünbacher appears to speak
German rather well ;) so I guess "auffrischen" is OK too and I'd leave
it as is. Andreas?

Good catch, thanks for fixing these. I found some more ($version and
$DB_VERSION in patchfns, $QUILT_PC/ and $DB_VERSION in upgrade), I'll
fix these too.

I see you also changed "Umbenennen von X auf Y" into "Umbenennen von
X zu Y". I'm not too sure about this one either, I was also suggested
"nach" and "in", so I'd rather not change a suboptimal form into
another, but different, suboptimal form. But Andreas is welcome to
overrule me.
