[Quilt-dev] Quilt 0.60 is coming

As mentioned some times ago, I plan to release quilt 0.60 at the end of 
February. Target release date is February 29th.

This will be the first "noarch" release of quilt, after backup-files was 
rewritten from C to bash.

If anyone has fixes pending, now is the right time to commit them. 
Andreas, I think you can merge your "fixes-0.51" branch into the master 
branch before the upcoming release?

If anyone notices any problem with the code in master, please let me 
know.
