Hi,
I know, setting background images is kryptonite, but I did it anyway.
Problem: Every terminal I tried leaves a small area free, in other words
they just don't get big enough. Size matters. Take a look at this
screenshot:

This is pretty ugly. Ok, again, some people may say wallpapers in
general are ugly, but let's put this religious stuff aside. Is there a
way of maximizing all programs to the full size of a frame? I'd
understand problems with xterm and aterm only, but even the awfully slow
gnome-terminal doesn't get it. And I've never had similar problems in
the dark ages before Ratpoison. Any ideas? If gnome can resize terminals
to take up the whole screen, it'd be a shame if Ratpoison couldn't.
Bye, Daniel
