The installer prompts for the directory path to the rpm files.
The installer:
Prompts for user:password, if empty anonymous is used.
Prompts for the host IP address. 
Prompts for the port, if a non standard port is needed.
Finally, it asks for the path to the files. It expects a full path. IE:
/pub/linux/distributions/redhat/7.2/i386/os/RedHat/RPMS/

It doesn't care about the directory names, as long as the rpm files are 
located inside the path you provide. In my testing, I put the RPMS in 
'/test/ in my web root directory.
