AFAICS bzr doesn't support server-side hooks yet.

Apparently Robert has some work-around. We'd like something that can
scale.

You have to redefine it to:
http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/gnash/trunk
in the Savane interface (and be patient).

I'm not sure we're going to leave loggerhead activated until the new
version is out. The current one is too fragile.
