Hi, I'd suggest reorganizing the entire Site Help section to have
only three entries like this:

   FAQ / User Docs  -> http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/FaQ 
   Reporting Issues -> https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration
   Contact Us       -> https://savannah.nongnu.org/contact.php

If the User Docs from Savane are brought up to date, I'd split
them out from the first item to create a new link.  If it's a
popular item, VC instructions would be a good choice for another
top level link pointing to a deeper node of the FAQ.
