The f-cpu incomplete application data was expired. You can
submit the project under the same name again.

I try to create a f-cpu project but i cant because
this name seems to be already used. But if i search it
on the software or group (or user), i dont found it.

I have tryed to create this project fews day ago and 
I haven't finished because of a lack of information.

can you free this project name so I can use it.
