I don't think we want to put this on www.gnu.org---not yet.  Most of the
essays are already there, but Joshua is going to work on editing

BTW, I don't like the name 'rmsworks'.  May I suggest: 'rms-essays', or is
that too long?  Joshua, what do you think?

The full description would probably:

         Anthology of Essays by Richard M. Stallman

Since it's not technical material, but is instead essays that express RMS'
thoughts and feelings, it doesn't need to permit modification, nor should
it.  Thus, the license is the same we use for all such essays on the FSF
website:

        Verbatim copying and distribution of this entire article are
        permitted in any medium without royalty provide the copyright
        notice and this notice are preserved.
