Yes, same for me.
I have already a tarbal of my old website written in php that I want to use.
Because of the absence of PHP, I can't put it on savannah.
Does Savannah plan to change this choice ?
Is PHP not free enough for gnu and fsf (explaining this lack) ?

I would want to know why you don't provide PHP.
My webpages from sourceforge are in PHP.
So I can not migrate all my project
