Let me add that, in the case of a problem with the PHP license, the absence of 
PHP for the savannah users is 
quite a nonsens because savannah itself use it for its main website.

Yes, same for me.
I have already a tarbal of my old website written in php that I want to use.
Because of the absence of PHP, I can't put it on savannah.
Does Savannah plan to change this choice ?
Is PHP not free enough for gnu and fsf (explaining this lack) ?
