Something has really gone wrong. There is a miscommunication somewhere.
This should NOT be a web project. In fact, it should be a private
project, like "compliance", and other such projects. The only people who
should ultimately have access are those who should have access to
fp:/gd/gnuorg/, which is at MOST just the userbase of fencepost.
Could you switch this project over to be a private project like
'compliance', 'licensing-qa', etc?

That file accurately describes what should be kept in that project, but I
don't see how that defines it as a "web only" project....
