My project implements a story server.  A story server manages stories that are 
used to drive some iterative development processes.  Currently this exists as a 
bunch of java code that needs to run in a servlet environment against a 
postgres database.

It is currently working, but is not available on the internet.  I feel it may 
be useful to others, and can certainly use improvement and that is why I am 
going to post it here as a project.
