Hey, Per, cool to see that you are working on this project.
You likely know the drill---to make something officially GNU you have to
agree to the GNU policies. We've added a few things lately (mostly about
GIFs), so please do take a look at the attached and at the GNU Maintainers
Guide (http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain_toc.html).
