As a result of noticing that there is already a "queue" project in the GNU 
software collection I have sent an email requesting that this project be given 
the project system name "gems" for "GNU Enterprise Messaging System."  The name 
is subject to the project's approval for inclusion in the GNU project.  I will 
remove the GNU reference if the request to be included in the GNU project is 
denied.
