Description:
My project is called phpTest.  It\'s a GPL program written in php to adminster 
and develop online tests/quizes.  It can do multiple choice questions or 
true/false, has a complete user adminstration side and is generally already 
stable and working.  It doesn\'t require a particular OS or webserver to run, 
it has been tested with apache and IIS.  It is being used already by a few 
schools to help with online tests.


It already exists and you can download the latest distribution at 
http://www.resynthesize.com/code/phptest-latest.tar.gz
