¿? This is already done for every source code file at Tiger.

All the source code files include a pointer to the COPYRIGHT file
which
is, in fact, the GPL:
"Please see the file COPYING for the complete copyright notice."
Source code includes files under scripts/ as well as the 'tiger',
'tigexp' and 'tigercron'.
Could you please tell me which files do *not* follow this?
In fact, it's better to write the entire short copyright statement, at
the end of the GNU GPL, since it is Free Software and files can be
used out of your project (and "Please see the file COPYING for the
complete copyright notice." isnt correct in this case):
