   ii) The author of the software always retains the copyright and right to

Description:
This project has the following aims:

  * To produce a libre wavelets module for the Python language.
    This capability applies to both number arrays as well as Numeric arrays.
  * To provide an excellent and extensive documentation for the above, to 
maximise its enjoyment, usage and greater learning. 
  * To provide a fun and friendly environment for non-experts to learn and 
enjoy producing the above goals.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
