Description:
PyWavelets will give Python the ability to perform wavelet analysis. 

The project has the following aims:
 * to produce a libre wavelets module for python.
 * the pywavelets module will handle both number arrays and Numeric arrays.
 * the pywavelets module will provide a variety of wavelet bases for analysis.
 * to produce excellent documentation for the project maximising use of the 
software, participation in the project and easy learning about wavelets.
 * to provide a friendly environment for non-experts to have fun learning about 
wavelets and programming.


It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
