        Hi,

        The license notices in the file promise a copy of the GNU GPL
in the distribution. But you forgot to include it
(http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt).

        Could you please submit your project again when it's fixed ?

        Also, unless this is already agreed with DotGNU, you may want
to name your program LibXMLSharp instead of DotGNU-libxml# so that
people don't think that it's part of the DotGNU project.
