        Hi,

You chose the "GPL v2 or later" option but the license notices
in the distribution say:

Copyright (C) 2001,2002, Makina Corpus, http://makinacorpus.org
This file is a component of CCMS <http://makinacorpus.org/index.php/ccms>
Created and maintained by mose <address@hidden>
Released under GPL version 2. see LICENSE file
or http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html

Could you please fix this (following the instructions at the
end of the GNU GPL itself) and submit your project again ?

We also encourage you to support PHP3. The PHP4 license contains
restrictions although it is Free Software. Savannah protests against this
by not upgrading to PHP4. It is the only way to pressure the author to
grant a better license.

        Thanks in advance,
