Hi,

Savannah host GNU projects at savannah.gnu.org and non-GNU free software
projects at savannah.nongnu.org.

The criteria are basic:
        - being free software
        - no dependancies on non-free software
        - full legal information in each source code files
          (as it should be anyway)
