I'm fine with this but I wonder why it's problematic with XHTML.
CSS is a standard used by html and xhtml. XHTML specs does not
override CSS specs. And all savannah CSS pages are standard compliants
(normally).
But finally, I have several others website in XHTML and it handles
very well upper case tag names.
For instance, check http://www.coleumes.org/
It XHTML 1.1
and check it's CSS file http://www.coleumes.org/coleumes.css
the P and A uper case tags.
