[Savannah-hackers] Problems with mailing list creation

Hi, I am having trouble with the mailing list creation in Savannah.

For my project lightning, it incorrectly outputs the Mailing Lists
already in use item.  Also, I cannot create a address@hidden
public mailing list (is this by design?) and it gives a PHP error
when I try to create address@hidden

Could you please help?
