That problem is being cleared "up".  The fly in the ointment is paperwork.
Meanwhile, the project could be set up.  The most comprehensive CVS
archive I know about is:

  http://autogen.sf.net/data/sharutils-cvs-4.3.76.tbz

which covers the last couple or three years.
