Details:

Summary says pretty everything though: "After committed to www project's
(www.gnu.org) webpages repo, a commit message won't be sent on www-commits
mailing list".

I'm using cvs version 1.12.13 to access, and here's a copy of an actual
commit that I've made:

$ cvs commit -m "Very little adjustment." po/home.tr.po
/web/www/www/po/home.tr.po,v  <--  po/home.tr.po
new revision: 1.9; previous revision: 1.8
