Most probably this is due to DNS mismatch:
$ dig -t MX pittle.org
mx.pittle.org. 1592 IN A 65.254.254.52
mx.pittle.org. 1592 IN A 65.254.254.50
mx.pittle.org. 1592 IN A 65.254.254.51
$ dig -x 65.254.254.50
50.254.254.65.in-addr.arpa. 3320 IN PTR mail.yourhostingaccount.com
$ dig -t MX gnu.org
mx10.gnu.org. 300 IN A 199.232.76.166
mx20.gnu.org. 300 IN A 199.232.41.8
$ dig -x 199.232.76.166
rev-c76-166.gnu.org. 300 IN PTR mx10.gnu.org.
You should check/fix the DNS records of pittle.org.
