Check the ChangeLog file, arafune is Ryuichi Arafune, kurt is probobly
Kurt Swanson, and nabe is Hidenobu Nabetani.
Sean Farley made a mirror of AUCTeX that you might want to look at,
https://bitbucket.org/seanfarley/auctex/, which contains author
information as well (though he lists kurt as Gibson Kurt; which I
think is wrong since no such name is in ChangeLog)
