Today bipin updated beta.  Now, using the following procedure you can import 
the course again.  

1. search in the file manager, say 'GNU or Linux', you will see the
scorm file.  the result does not say that it is a scorm file.  we will
add this soon.  

2. next, select the resource and add to shelf.  it seems what is added
to shelf also gets into the filemanager.  I hope this happens only for
the files and not for the lessons and courses. 

3. now that you have the scorm file in your shelf, you can select the item and 
import it. 

Hope this works.

all files added to the filemanager by the user, yes.  but all files
added by all others I think should not be.  so we have given the search 
function.

yes. this can be now added as a feature request and will be eventually 
implemented.

this is not yet implemneted, but we will get there soon.

yes.  Bipin/Rajiv, for the time being, can you prune the
seconds. later we can see which format should the date be displayed.
eventually we can add this as a user customizable preference
