I was expecting the simulation to wait for the debugger to start. Currently 
the program runs for some time without debugger control.

I don't have a problem with the gui (at least with the part i figured out so 
far). Just some problem with the serial emulation, that's all.

I will start using the setup and see if i can hunt down my problems with the 
avr code with it.
