[Simulavr-devel] mingw support

Hi,

In looking at the code today, I noticed
that the socket code is encapsulated in
one file.  So it shouldn't be terribly
difficult to provide an alternate implementation
of that for mingw.

If that were addressed, what else lurks?

+ tcl
+ wish
+ tclx

Just curious.  If there is a technical path to
a useable  simulator under mingw, I would be willing
to provide the infrastructure and a stub file for
the mingw socket support.
