[Sks-devel] Sync request for other SKS

Hi,

I could need one or more of the running SKS
servers to gossip with our server. The name
of the server is "pgpkeys.pca.dfn.de" and it
is talking gossip on port 11370 (and hkp
on 11371).

I consider this server still experimental,
so it will for sure stop-n-start a few times
in the future...
