Two new functions that should be used instead of the Feed constructor:
create_new_feed, create_empty_feed. Create new feed is similar to the
old Feed constructor, create_empty_feed creates a Feed object without
assigning an id or any other stuff.
Maybe this feed_id_seq thing is under control now.
