See my message "Installation blues: my solution" from 11/1.
I outline how I installed the auxiliary libraries for Swarm.
I discovered how to make shared versions of tcl and tk.
Unfortunately, I was also unable to make a shared version
of libtclobjc.
My makefiles are appended to that message.
