I've put a new libtclobjc-1.1b6 on the ftp site.
All it has in it is the changes I sent in the previous
message dealing with the tcl_rcFileName variable.
(It also has a new configure.in and configure which I
hope will help those people trying to use Tcl/Tk 7.5/4.1.)

I'm sorry if my mistake made anybody's life harder.

p.s. I will be folding Karl Sackett's changes in the 
configuration that allow building dynamic libraries
into the release pretty soon.  I'll probably call that
1.2.
