Dear address@hidden,

Over the following month I will be phasing down my involvement with the
Swarm development team. If all goes as planned, by the 1st of January I 
will no longer be an active developer of Swarm libraries.

Consequently, if you have any questions about specific bits of code or 
other issues you would like to discuss, this is probably the ideal time 
to bring them up!

Otherwise, I would like thank everybody working on this project, whether 
it be locally or in the extended "hive", for their thoughts and ideas.
