One of the required libraries for Swarm, BLT 2.1, is not where the
documentation says it is.
There are two versions of BLT at the neosoft site (ftp://ftp.neosoft.com):
in /pub/tcl/alcatel/extensions we find blt 1.9.0 dated 12/14/95;
in /pub/tcl/sorted/devel we find blt 2.1 dated 10/28/96.
Neither is in /pub/tcl/NEW.
I note that on the very same day that Swarm 1.0 was released,
RedHat released version 4.1 of their Linux. [There goes productivity for
this week!]
It contains tcl 7.6, tk 4.2, and .. <drumroll> .. blt 1.9!
And Swarm wants: tcl 7.5, tk 4.1, blt 2.1. Sometimes you can't win :-(
