If you start bash with the program swarm.exe, you will be able to run the 
application. This is the environment setup problem.

Yes, I think the problem is caused by internet explorer. I uninstalled explorer 
to give more disk space to Swarm, it takes 15 minutes to do it by the way, 
seems 
very unhappy!! and then I got the problem of freezing screen. It seems I have 
to 
reinstall explorer again just for be able to run other applicaitons. It is very 
bad thing!
