non-square window

I'm almost there.  I run all the way to where the raster windows etc
are supposed to display and then get:

***event raised for error: window usage
nonsquare zoom given
***execution terminating due to error

To the best of my ability I have adapted my Observer to match
that of the new heatbugs.  I also know that my sim does not have
non-square 2-d displays.  Presently it is 11X11.  I will continue
to try to compare my code to heatbugs (which works) but if any
of you Gnurus have already hit this prob, give me a hint.
