It would also be helpful if the demo apps were tagged (in the name / name
of the .tgz file) with the swarm version for which they were made. It can
easily get confusing if the demo app versions change independently of swarm
itself. If heatbugs-1.1 needs to be updated while swarm-1.1 is still
current, let's call that heatbugs-1.1.1 or somesuch ...

And I agree wholeheartedly with Paul about keeping apps in subdirs that
denote the swarm version they were made for. Less confusion is good!
