easily get confusing if the demo app versions change independently of swarm
itself. If heatbugs-1.1 needs to be updated while swarm-1.1 is still
current, let's call that heatbugs-1.1.1 or somesuch ...
And I agree wholeheartedly with Paul about keeping apps in subdirs that
denote the swarm version they were made for. Less confusion is good!
