It seems to me that [outputSchedule setRepeatInterval: whatever]
isn't the right tool for the job.  How about if you explicitly schedule
(computed) output events in your modelSchedule's step method?
It seems like that place to do this is the logic that says "this model
time step is ok" (for the Runge-Kutta bit).
