It's not needed anymore, because there's a Swarm/bash menu
item off the Start menu.
Incidentally, does anyone have a use for a Swarm CDROM? I might
resuscitate swarm.exe for that (it would be fragile to modify the
system registry and environment for a resource that's wasn't always
available).
