What I have in mind is a pre-installed Windows version which includes
GNU Win32 CDK, Emacs, and Swarm things, with an executable to set up
a temporary environment. Also, an archive subdirectory for some things
on ftp://ftp.santafe.edu/pub/swarm.
(But I won't bother if there isn't demand.)
