Chances are this binary package doesn't have the Objective C compiler
backend or runtime. There should be files called cc1obj and libobjc.a
in /usr/freeware/lib/gcc-lib/irix-so-and-so/2.8.1.
If not, it isn't that hard to to build the compiler from source, it's
pretty much just "configure; make bootstrap".
