It doesn't matter where your model source code is, provided SWARMHOME is set.
If you want to put files in this area, I suggest making a subdirectory
so that your application files don't get confused with Swarm things.
If you run the bash shell from the Swarm menu, SWARMHOME will be
set to the right place (which is Swarm-1.3.1/packages/swarm).
